Order Cancellations

If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, please contact SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS by phone on 0452 043 403 as soon as possible.
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders which have not yet been prepared by our florist may be cancelled. A $25 cancellation fee applies.
  • Orders which have been prepared but have not left with our courier may be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the arrangement less the delivery fee.

Re-Delivery

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a $15.95 redelivery fee will apply. If SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS is in any way responsible for the redelivery this redelivery fee will not apply.

 

Once your order is in the hands of our courier or with Australia Post,  we have no way of telling exactly what time it will arrive. To minimize delivery costs to our customers all deliveries are placed with our courier for delivery at a time which fits in with their delivery schedule. With orders going to some locations (where available). As a general rule home deliveries are made between the hours of 7am – 7pm and business deliveries are made between the hours 9am – 5pm. At peak times, like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day these times may be different. 

Once an order has been picked up by our courier we are unable to know exactly what time your order will be delivered. As such we are not normally able to advise you as soon as the delivery has been made. Usually though, you should receive tracking info from the courier company.

If nobody is home the courier will usually leave your gift in a safe location (only if it is deemed safe to do so). If this is not possible a delivery notice will be left in the mail box with further instructions about how to collect the gift

You are welcome to make changes to your order at any time by calling us only, up until it has left our store with the courier. However, once your order has left with our courier there is no way to retrieve it and as such no modifications are possible.
