If the complaint is for quality reasons, we do request that a photograph of the delivered flowers is submitted to us.
It is a general rule of thumb that dried flowers last up to 2 years. It is suggested that you ensure your dried blooms are not exposed to elements such as heat in order to prolong their lifespan.
While we always strive to make sure your order arrives in top condition, SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS cannot take responsibility for events outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions. In the case of heat and extreme weather if no one is home at the time of delivery and permission is given to leave flowers unattended, SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled and refunded, please contact SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS by calling 0452 043 403 as soon as possible.
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a $15.95 redelivery fee will apply. If SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
If we require you to return goods to SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS, we will arrange for the return shipping costs to be paid by ourselves.
If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs.
Any refunds for online or over the phone orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. It may take approximately 5-7 business days for this to show on your statement.
